Getting started

From the first question
to your approved setup.

We start with a conversation about your business and finish with a setup you have reviewed and tested. You choose the scope before any customer workflow is activated.

Tell Steven what you need

Your path to activation

  1. Talk through the fit.

Tell Steven what your business does, where you work and which inquiry or follow-up problem you want to solve first. Book a consultation through the calendar on the contact page, or agree a time directly with Steven. Use the calendar confirmation or Steven’s confirmation as the booking record.

  2. Review your written scope and quote.

Confirm the $200 standard setup, any extra work, ongoing service charges, usage allowances, support expectations and each person’s responsibilities. Ask about anything that is unclear.

  3. Accept the scope and invoice.

Confirm the agreed work, ongoing charges, support expectations and cancellation/refund terms with Steven before payment. The $200 setup invoice is due after written scope acceptance and before configuration begins. Pay only through the dedicated AI-service invoice for that scope. Sending an inquiry is not scope acceptance or permission to charge you.

  4. Provide approved business information.

Prepare your services, hours, service area, answers and escalation contacts. Grant only the account access needed for the agreed work through a secure invitation; do not email passwords or payment-card details.

  5. Walk through and test the setup.

Use agreed test details to check answers, handoffs, calendar rules and failure cases. Confirm where requests arrive and who follows up. Steven will show you the dashboard and the agreed support process.

  6. Approve activation.

Review the results, any remaining limitations and the final charges. Agree when the tested workflow goes live and who is responsible for monitoring and updates.

What to have ready

Start with a short description of your business. Detailed access and customer data are not needed for the first inquiry.

  • Business name, website, trade and service area.
  • The main problem you want the first workflow to solve.
  • Services, operating hours, exclusions and approved answers.
  • Your contact person and the person who handles customer requests.
  • Your existing calendar and communication tools.
  • Expected inquiry volume and any access or data restrictions.

Your responsibilities

You approve the information and messages used by your business, confirm the people who handle requests and keep us informed of changes. You arrange appropriate permission for customer communications and identify any restrictions before information is connected.

Your team remains responsible for human decisions, estimates, dispatch and promised customer responses within the agreed scope.

What we agree together

Before activation we document the support route, response expectations, account access, data handling, retention and exit arrangements that apply to your setup. We also decide what happens if an integration is unavailable or a request needs a person.

A demonstration is not acceptance of a customer installation. Each customer’s configured workflow receives its own review and test.

Already working with us?

Use the support route in your accepted service scope. For a general question, email Steven or call (918) 814-0132. Include your business name and a brief description, without passwords, payment information or sensitive customer records. A response time is not guaranteed unless it is included in your agreed service terms.
