What standard means
The standard setup covers one business location, standard integrations, one supported calendar and one agreed follow-up sequence.
We agree on the services, hours, service area, answers, workflow limits and human handoffs your setup will use. We configure the agreed scope and review and test it with you before activation.
Separately scoped work
Additional integrations, website improvements or rebuilds, local visibility work and other custom requirements receive a separate quote. Telephone answering and call overflow need a separate routing review and acceptance test.
Quotes, crew dispatch and decisions needing your judgment stay with a person unless a separate workflow has been agreed and tested.
Ongoing service is quoted for your setup.
There is no single monthly package price on this page. Your written quote will describe the service and usage charges for your agreed configuration.
Before you accept, we confirm
- The ongoing service charge and billing schedule.
- Included usage, any overage rates and how usage is reviewed.
- Any third-party charges and who pays them.
- Support contact, response expectations and change requests.
- The renewal, cancellation, refund and handover arrangements.
These terms are agreed before activation. The $200 setup is not an all-inclusive or unlimited-usage plan.
How payment fits in
First, Steven confirms the fit and gives you the written scope and ongoing quote. After you accept those terms, the $200 setup invoice is due before configuration begins. Pay through the dedicated AI-service invoice Steven provides. Check that the service and amount match what you agreed before paying.
Requesting a consultation does not place an order, charge you or activate a subscription. The separate 3D Fly-Through checkout is for property videos and should not be used to pay for AI services.
