Service scope
and payment
Your accepted written scope explains the work, charges and responsibilities for your AI Trinity Solutions setup.

An inquiry starts a conversation.
Requesting a consultation or sending an inquiry does not place an order, accept a service scope, book a time or authorize a charge. Steven discusses fit with you. A consultation booked through the separate calendar is confirmed on its confirmation page; a time arranged by email or phone is confirmed directly with Steven.
Review the full scope before payment.
Your written scope identifies the deliverables, exclusions, additional work, schedule, ongoing charges and usage allowances. It also sets the support expectations, data responsibilities, renewal, cancellation, refund and handover arrangements for your service. Discuss anything that is unclear before accepting the scope or paying.
The $200 standard custom setup covers one business location, standard integrations, one supported calendar and one agreed follow-up sequence. Included setup activities are AI receptionist configuration, website chat and business texting setup, appointment and follow-up workflows, review-management setup, dashboard access, training and testing. Additional integrations, website work and other custom requirements are scoped separately.
The setup invoice is due before configuration.
After you accept the written scope and full charges, the $200 setup invoice is due before configuration begins. Steven provides a dedicated AI-service invoice. Check that the service and amount match your accepted scope before paying. Do not use a 3D Fly-Through checkout to pay for AI services.
Ongoing service and usage are separate from the setup fee. There is no automatic monthly charge without an accepted service arrangement. The billing schedule, included usage and any additional charges are agreed before activation.
Responsibilities and activation
You approve the business information, messages, workflow limits and people responsible for customer requests. We agree on necessary account access and data handling before connecting information. Use secure account invitations; do not send passwords or payment-card details by email.
Your configured workflow is reviewed and tested with you before activation. Quotes, crew dispatch and decisions that need your judgment remain with a person unless a separate workflow has been agreed and tested. Telephone answering and call overflow require their own routing review and acceptance test.
Support, changes and ending service
Use the contact and support expectations in your accepted scope. Changes outside that scope need agreement before work begins. Cancellation, refund and handover arrangements are confirmed for your service before payment; this page does not substitute a generic policy for those agreed terms.
