Ongoing management has its own agreed service scope and charges. The one-time setup does not include unlimited ongoing changes or monitoring.
Initial configuration, dashboard training and activation testing are part of the setup. Ongoing review and change work are separately agreed, with the full charges confirmed before activation. Review frequency, issue reporting and support responsibilities are defined together.
