Before we get started
Yes. We can configure an owner-first arrangement, where calls ring to you before eligible unanswered calls route to the AI. Number compatibility, forwarding and routing details are checked during setup.
Your services, hours, service area, approved answers and workflow rules shape the setup. We also decide when the AI should collect information and hand the conversation to a person.
When appointment booking is included in your configured workflow, it can use one supported calendar within the availability and booking rules you approve. Requests outside those rules go to the person or process you designate.
No. $200 is the one-time custom setup. Ongoing service and usage are separate. We confirm the full charges, included allowances and any additional scope with you before activation.
Not necessarily. Call coverage can be set up independently of a website rebuild. We check your existing website and the fit for chat or other integrations; website changes beyond the included chat setup are scoped separately.
Your setup includes dashboard access and personal training. We show you where to review the activity your configured services provide and how your agreed notifications and human handoffs work.
